Who should train on
this course?
Hairdressing lecturers/trainers that wish
to offer extensions as part of the new NVQ
3 will find that ‘Learn Hair Extensions’
and it’s modular format allows them
to attend the full course or one of the
four modules depending on their existing
knowledge of hair extension applications.
Why is this course
four days long when others teach extensions
in one day or less?
There are many suppliers of hair extension
‘systems’ that offer training
in their own particular method, often some
form of bonding whether by glue-gun or with
pre-bonded hair. There are also brief overview
seminars and one-day workshop style courses
that provide an introduction to hair extensions.
However, AD School abides by its own founding
philosophy
to provide high levels of training in all
techniques, not just one particular method
or system, which we feel cannot be achieved
without hands-on, practical training or
within a shorter period than the ‘Learn
Hair Extensions’ course schedule.
What are the benefits
of training by AD School? What makes AD
School courses any better than other training
available?
AD School is the only HABIA accredited and
private certified hair extension training
centre in Europe to offer a course programme
that covers the full Unit H23 syllabus.
Unlike other ‘system’ suppliers,
AD School was founded specifically to offer
courses in all extension methods without
pushing any one ‘particular’
technique or product. Founded by American
Dream, an established industry
supplier, AD School was formed in response
to numerous queries from both hairdressers
and clients that have had been subject to
‘extension disasters’ due to
poor training and a lack of industry standards.
All AD School students are qualified on
courses via examination and hands on practical
work.
Qualifications &
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
AD School certifies students that pass course
examinations and practical tests. In addition,
