Similar to the recent popularity of the Micro Ring method, System Ex has been used for the past decade as a resin-free alternative to thermal bonding techniques. Still obtaining a similar look and finish achieved by bonding, but without the glue, System Ex offers your clients a ‘green’ option that’s easy to apply and lasts just as long.
This course teaches two methods of attaching a few hairs strand-by-strand to add length, highlights and volume. System Ex extensions can be worn for two to three months, after which it is advised that clients return to their technician to have them removed and replaced if so desired.
Technicians that are not used to braiding may require more time in learning the System Ex method than those that have a proven competence in braiding |

Course Objective:
Students successfully completing this course should be able to apply extensions using both System Ex methods – Pairs & Individual. They should understand the differences between types of hair and be able to plan services to match individual client needs. This includes undertaking a client consultation, ordering the correct hair and in the correct amounts and pricing their services. Students should understand and be able to advise their clients on how to best care for and maintain their extensions over the duration of their wear. |

What
is included in the training kit?
The course kit includes hair extensions to practise with, an American Dream colour ring, System Ex threads and tools. A training mannequin block, instruction manual and product information are also provided for you to take away.
Upon successful qualification, which includes passing practical work and a written test, students are sent a certificate as proof of their new skills. Certificates, which are AD School and HABIA stamped, normally arrive within 21 days of course completion. |
